1. About affiliate advertising
BEATRIP (the "Service") participates in performance-based affiliate programs. Outbound links on this Service (flight, hotel, eSIM, airport transfer, travel insurance booking buttons, etc. opened in a new tab) may be advertising. If you make a booking through one of these links, the Service may receive a referral commission from the advertiser. Per Japanese advertising regulations, such links carry rel="sponsored".
2. Affiliate programs we use
The Service currently uses the following partner programs (subject to change based on approval status): ● TravelPayouts (marker ID: 729387) — flight, hotel and travel-companion affiliate network ● Hotellook — cross-OTA hotel price comparison ● Booking.com — hotel bookings ● Trip.com — flights and hotels ● Agoda — hotels (strong in Asia) ● Aviasales / Skyscanner — flight metasearch ● Airalo — travel eSIM ● KiwiTaxi — airport transfers ● Travel insurance (TBD after approval) Referral commissions are paid by the advertiser and never marked up to the user's price.
3. About displayed prices and availability
The Service does not sell flights directly; it aggregates publicly available information from airlines and OTAs. Listed prices and seat availability reflect the moment of fetch. Always confirm the latest on the destination site before booking.
4. Editorial independence
Sale listings, articles, and curated hotel picks are chosen for their value to users, independent of the size of any affiliate commission. "Best time to book" and seasonal forecasts are statistical guidance based on historical data, not a guarantee of any particular advertiser's sale.
5. Cookies and analytics
Clicks on affiliate links are measured via Google Analytics 4 events (partner_click / hotel_click / affiliate_click). This data is used to measure conversion and improve the Service, and does not include personally identifiable information. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Changes
This disclosure will be updated as partner programs are added or ended. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
